10 Bedtime Drinks That Will Burn Belly Fat All Night Long

If you’re like most people, you have a desire to lose weight and get trim but you struggle to accomplish that feat. It can be difficult when it seems as if you are constantly facing one temptation after another. The temptation can come in the form of a slice of pizza, a doughnut or almost anything in between. That’s right, it is a weight loss dream because we only need to drink these drinks and we wake up in the morning a little bit closer to our goal. Of course, it is still good if we diet and exercise but if you only do one good thing for yourself, this is an easy want to include.

Cucumber fat loss drink

Ingredients:

1 cucumber
a bunch of parsley or cilantro
1 lemon
1 tbsp grated ginger
1 tbsp aloe vera juice
1/2 glass water

How to make it:

Juice the listed ingredients and consume the drink before going to bed. You can continue it for a month and then take a break of one week. If you need, you can start the cycle again.
Fresh cucumber and lime drink

Ingredients:

1 lime
2 cucumbers
1 big orange
honey according to taste
mint according to taste
1 liter of sparkling water

How to make it:

Puree one cucumber in a blender and slice the other one into circles. Squeeze the juice out of the orange and lime. Combine the cucumbers, juice and honey in a large pitcher and mix together. Add the soda and garnish it with fresh mint leaves.
Pear and sage drink

Ingredients:

10 fresh sage leaves
1 lime
250 ml of pear juice (fresh or packaged)
250 ml of sparkling water
1 pear
ice

How to make it:

Slice the lime, cut the pear into cubes and place them in a pitcher. Add the sage mashed with a fork. Crush the ice using a food processor or mallet. Add the crushed ice, pear juice and sparkling water and mix your drink.

Grapefruit and cinnamon drink

Ingredients:

500 ml of grapefruit juice (fresh or packaged)
500 ml of sparkling water
1 glass of water
2 cinnamon sticks
1 anise seed
mint leaves
ice
some sugar

How to make it:

Combine the sugar, water and cinnamon in a pan and make a syrup. Simmer it for five to ten minutes until the sugar melts. Let it cool down. Mix together the juice, syrup and sparkling water in a pitcher. Add ice and garnish it with mint and anise.

Energy lemon drink

Ingredients:

5 lemons
1 liter of sparkling water
mint
ice

How to make it:

Squeeze the juice out of four lemons. Slice the last lemon into circles. Combine the juice and sparkling water in a jar. Serve the lemonade with ice and mint.

Spicy Indian drink

Ingredients:

4 limes
ginger according to taste
mint
1 liter of sparkling water
1/2 glass of water
ice
some sugar

How to make it:

Squeeze the juice from the limes. Combine the sugar and 1/2 glass of water in a pan and simmer it until the sugar melts. Grate the ginger and add it to the syrup. When it begins to boil, turn off the stove. Cool the syrup. Add the lime juice, sparkling water and ice. Garnish the drink with mint and slices of lime.

Apple cider

Ingredients:

1 liter of apple juice (fresh or packaged)
mint
100 ml of lemon juice
1 lemon
ice

How to make it:

Slice the lemon into circles. Combine the apple and lemon juices in a pitcher. Add the lemon slices, mint and ice. You can serve the drink with slices of apple.

Vegetable drink

Ingredients:

1 liter of sparkling water
sugar according to taste
3 cucumbers
1 large bell pepper
1 lime
3 lemons
mint or estragon leaves
ice

How to make it:

Slice the bell pepper and two cucumbers and sprinkle them with sugar an hour before cooking. Slice the last cucumber and one lemon. Zest the lime and squeeze the juice. Then juice two lemons.

Put the mint (or estragon) in a pitcher. Add the lime zest and slices of lemon, cucumbers and bell pepper while they are still moist. Pour in the lime and lemon juices and the sparkling water. Add the crushed ice. Garnish the glasses for the drink with slices of lemon and cucumber.

Pineapple drink

Ingredients:

1 liter of sparkling water
1 lemon
1 can of pineapple in its own juice
mint

How to make it:

Bring the water to the boil in a pan. Zest the lemon and squeeze the juice. Add the sugar to the water and simmer it until it melts completely. Then add the lemon zest and take the pan off the heat. Pour the syrup into a pitcher through a sieve. Add the lemon and pineapple juices.

Cut the pineapple and add to the drink. Let it cool to room temperature and put it in the fridge. Garnish with slices of fresh pineapple before serving.

Strawberry and fresh herbs drink

Ingredients:

1/2 lemon
1/2 lime
mint and estragon
strawberries
1 liter of sparkling water
100 ml of water
ice

How to make it:

Juice the lime and lemon in a jar and drop in the peels. Cut the strawberries into halves. Add the strawberries and herbs. Pour in hot water and let the fruit and herbs rest for some time to give them flavor and aroma. Take the peel out and allow the drink to cool. Add the sparkling water and ice and garnish the jar with circles of lime.
