I guess it’s official, summer is gone and the cold weather is about ready to arrive. In fact, in some parts of the world, the cold weather is already a reality and with it come all of the symptoms of the common cold, including a runny nose, coughing, sore throat, and drowsiness. It is not something that we look forward to but it is something that we have to put up with during the winter weather.

Many people tend to reach for an antioxidant or superfood if they want to cure a cold because they have high levels of vitamin C. One of those benefits is low levels of sulfites, which is also something that can help to keep your cold in check. It is also something that asthmatics would appreciate.
